Star heroine Tamannaah was last seen in a powerful role in Odela 2 and a sizzling act in Ajay Devgan’s Raid 2. The actress has a handful of big-ticket films that are in various stages of production. As per the latest updates, Tamannaah has bagged the leading lady’s role in a prestigious biopic.
Tamannaah has repeatedly signed the soon-to-commence biopic on the legendary yesteryear Bollywood director V Shantaram. Tamannaah will portray V Shantaram’s wife, Sandhya, while young Bollywood star Siddhant Chaturvedi will be reprising V Shantaram in the movie, titled Chitrapati V Shantaram.
Sandhya was a prominent Hindi and Marathi actress who starred in several films directed by the late Shantaram. Chitrapati V Shantaram will be directed by Abhijeet Deshpande of the acclaimed film, Natsamrat.
