Rowdy Janardhana: Dil Raju responds to over-budget talk around Vijay Deverakonda’s film

The title glimpse of Vijay Deverakonda’s Rowdy Janardhana was unveiled a few hours ago and it has shocked audiences with its intensity. Directed by Ravi Kiran Kola (Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru fame), the action drama is produced by Dil Raju under the Sri Venkateswara Creations banner.
At the glimpse launch event, a reporter questioned Dil Raju about reports of the film going over budget, especially since the director is relatively new. Responding firmly, Dil Raju said, “I have made 58 films and introduced 12 new directors. Don’t I know how things work? I have never made a big-budget film with a new director.”
He added, “I made Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu with a young director back then. A film’s output depends on how deeply a director is involved in the story.
