Directed by Sujeeth, this gangster action drama collected a massive Rs. 302 crores gross worldwide, securing the top spot as the highest-grossing Telugu film of 2025. With this film, Pawan Kalyan once again proved his box office stamina.
Sankranthiki Vasthunam:
Released during the Sankranti 2025 festive season, the complete family entertainer Sankranthiki Vasthunam grabbed the second position on the list. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the film stars Victory Venkatesh, Aishwarya Rajesh, and Meenakshi Chaudhary in the lead roles. The movie went on to collect approximately Rs. 280 crores gross at the box office. Sankranthiki Vasthunam is also the highest-grossing regional film (Telugu).
Game Changer:
Ram Charan’s political drama Game Changer surprisingly secured the third position on the list with Rs. 197 crores gross. However, considering its massive budget and business, the film ended up being a box office disaster. Directed by Shankar and produced by Dil Raju on a grand scale, the film failed to recover its costs despite decent collections. Kiara Advani played the female lead, and SJ Suryah essayed the role of antagonist.
Mirai:
Young hero Teja Sajja’s Mirai stood fourth among the highest-grossing Telugu films of the year, collecting around Rs. 142 crores gross. Directed by Karthik Gattamneni, the film was produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad under the banner of People Media Factory and turned out to be a major success. It also starred Manoj Manchu, Shriya Saran, Jagapathi Babu, and Ritika Nayak in key roles.
Kuberaa:
Securing the fifth spot is Kuberaa, directed by Sekhar Kammula, starring Nagarjuna Akkineni, Dhanush, and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles. With strong content resonating with audiences, the film earned Rs. 138 crores gross, comfortably placing itself in the top five.
