Pratyusha’s Mother responds to Supreme Court Verdict

Telugu actress Pratyusha’s death case has been pending in the Supreme Court and the top court announced the verdict. Siddharth Reddy has been asked to surrender before the cops within four weeks and the apex court supported the decision of the High Court. Pratyusha’s mother Sarojini has been battling for justice from the past 23 years. After the verdict from the Supreme Court was out, Sarojini responded saying that the justice for her daughter was not done.
“The Munuswamy Commission has made it clear that Pratyusha was raped and murdered. Instead of life sentence, the Supreme Court has announced two years jail and the justice is not done to Pratyusha. I have been fighting for justice from the past 23 years but justice was not served for my daughter” told Sarojini. Pratyusha passed away on February 23rd, 2002 and the decision has been pending in the case since years.
