Adivi Sesh is set to captivate audiences with his romantic action drama Dacoit. The recently released theatrical trailer suggests that it is going to be an intense, emotion-driven story. Cinematographer Shaneil Deo is making his directorial debut and Mrunal Thakur is the female lead. The trailer has created good expectations among audiences and the film is set to release on April 10.
Speaking at the trailer launch press meet, Adivi Sesh said, “Hello everyone. It’s not about how many films we have done, but how many good films we have made. That’s my life philosophy. Dacoit is a film we made with our heart and soul. There are many important elements in it, but we didn’t reveal them in the trailer. Audiences will be thrilled while watching the film. The core idea is what a person steals when their heart is broken. We tried to tell a meaningful story about feelings.”
He added, “The story unfolds in layers and is completely driven by emotions. When the director narrated it, there was a Bhojpuri cultural flavour, and, hence we brought in Pawan Singh to represent that culture. Mrunal has performed brilliantly. It’s very difficult to guess what happens after the first thirty minutes.
