IFC, domestic funds back Brookfield India REIT’s ₹2,600-crore QIP

Brookfield India Real Estate Trust is raising Rs 2,600 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement. Major investors include IFC, Whiteoak Capital, HDFC Life Insurance, Axis Max Life Insurance, and PPFAS Mutual Fund. The funds will support acquisitions and debt repayment.
