Hyderabad: Bengaluru Torpedoes came from behind to register a thrilling 15-9, 11-15, 13-15, 17-15, 15-9 victory on the second day of the fourth season of the RR Kabel Prime Volleyball League powered by Scapia at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad. Jalen Penrose was adjudged Player of the Match. India badminton star Satwiksairaj Rankireddy was also in attendance, cheering for the Torpedoes.
Sethu began his magic with the serves straightaway as Goa’s libero Ramanathan struggled with the reception. Matt West distributed passes efficiently to keep the attack fluid, while Penrose and Joel Benjamin powered the Torpedoes ahead with thunderous spikes.
