These 4 James Bond Movies Are Amazing, but I Think They’re a Bit Overrated

The James Bond franchise is among the few recurring blockbuster sagas that has maintained a consistent level of quality throughout its run. While there aren’t many Bond fans that would claim that lower-tiered entries like Moonraker or Die Another Day reached the same quality as classics like Casino Royale or Goldfinger, the franchise has yet to debut a truly disastrous entry in the vein of Jason X, Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, or Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Despite the fact that most Bond films are at the very least entertaining, the franchise’s prominence within popular culture has led to some contentious debates regarding the quality of certain entries. Even if some films were influential at the time of their release, that doesn’t mean that they have stood the test of time.
