Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Cybercrime police, during the month of September, arrested 59 persons from across the country for their involvement in various cyber frauds. Also during the same period, the police helped cybercrime victims with a refund of Rs 86.64 lakh.
The arrested were made from different places that include Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Maharashtra and other States.
A total of 28 persons were arrested for their alleged involvement in investment frauds, 6 persons in digital arrest fraud, 4 persons in matrimonial fraud and the remaining in other frauds.
