US Capitol Police are investigating after an American flag altered to include a swastika was found inside the office of Representative Dave Taylor (R-Ohio). The image showed the flag pinned to what appears to be a cubicle wall behind Angelo Elia, one of Taylor’s staffers, during a virtual meeting, as reported by POLITICO. Alongside the flag are other pinned items, including a pocket Constitution and a Congressional calendar. It is unclear what role, if any, Elia had in the incident.What Dave Taylor SaidTaylor condemned the display, saying, “I am aware of an image that appears to depict a vile and deeply inappropriate symbol near an employee in my office.
