Allu Arjun’s Long-Term Plan: ‘Raaka’ First, Then AA23

Allu Arjun is reportedly planning his upcoming projects with a clear long-term strategy, lining up back-to-back films over the next few years. According to industry buzz, the actor is expected to complete shooting for Raaka by August or September this year. Following this, the film will move into an extensive post-production phase, largely due to its heavy VFX requirements. The makers are said to be targeting a December 2027 release, indicating a big-scale cinematic experience.
After wrapping up Raaka, Allu Arjun is likely to begin work on his next project, tentatively referred to as AA23, around December or January. The team is reportedly aiming for a December 2028 release, continuing his year-end release strategy.
Meanwhile, director Basil Joseph had pitched a script to Allu Arjun about a year ago. While the concept impressed the actor, it reportedly did not fully match the scale expected of a star-driven project. Since then, Basil Joseph has been revising the script and narrating updated versions, but no final decision has been made so far. If the project does not move forward with Allu Arjun, Geetha Arts may take it ahead with another actor.
As of now, this appears to be the tentative lineup for Allu Arjun, keeping fans curious about what’s next from the star.
