Andhra Pradesh Minister for Education and IT, Nara Lokesh, said that the coalition government’s main goal is to make the state number one in every sector. He inaugurated the new Tata Hitachi dealership showroom and machine care facility set up by Lakshmi Group under Sri Dhanalakshmi Auto Agencies Pvt. Ltd. at Mangalagiri Bypass, Atmakuru.
Lokesh said that earlier, bulldozers were used to trouble people, but now they are being used for development works in Amaravati and Mangalagiri. He added that Mangalagiri is the gateway to Amaravati and that all the development activities in the capital region will begin from here. Lokesh recalled that he lost the 2019 election by 5,300 votes but worked continuously for the people and their welfare.
The minister stated that massive development works are going on in Mangalagiri on a war footing — including housing sites, a 100-bed hospital, underground drainage, drinking water, and community buildings. He said, “We are using bulldozers now for good causes. Just like Google is important, dealerships are also equally important.”
Lokesh said dealerships create many job opportunities and support industrial growth. He emphasized that a complete ecosystem — from big companies like Google to equipment dealerships — is needed to strengthen the local economy. “We promised to create 20 lakh jobs in five years. Dealer networks also play a part in achieving that target,” he said.
He praised Lakshmi Group for their commitment and service, noting that Chairman Kambhampati Ramamohan Rao has already provided jobs to nearly 6,000 people. Lokesh assured that Mangalagiri will become one of the top constituencies in India in terms of development. He also announced that underground drainage works will start next month.
At the end of the event, Minister Lokesh handed over keys to customers who purchased Tata Hitachi excavators. Lakshmi Group Chairman Kambhampati Ramamohan Rao, Tata Hitachi MD Sandeep Singh, Lakshmi Group MD K. Jayaram, Executive Director G. Bharat Bhushan, and Operational Director K. Venkata Sivarama Krishna attended the event.
