Chiranjeevi at MSG event: I hope all Sankranthi films will emerge superhits

Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, starring Megastar Chiranjeevi, is slated for a grand theatrical release on January 12, 2026. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the family entertainer features Nayanthara as the female lead. The team recently held a grand pre-release event at Shilpakala Vedika, Hyderabad.
Speaking at the event, Chiranjeevi said, “I want every Sankranthi release to succeed, including Prabhas’ The Raja Saab, Naveen Polishetty’s Anaganaga Oka Raju, Ravi Teja’s Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi, and Sharwanand’s Nari Nari Naduma Murari. The industry should prosper with multiple hits.”
He further added, “Raghavendra Rao garu once told me that I should work with Anil Ravipudi, and I’m glad it finally happened with Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu. Anil designed my character to appeal to the current generation while also offering a treat to my senior fans.”
Sharing his experience, the Megastar remarked, “I thoroughly enjoyed the shooting process and felt emotional on the last day. Anil Ravipudi created a very pleasant atmosphere on sets, and I haven’t felt this level of satisfaction in recent times.
