“Gaayapadda Simham” Locks May 1 Release

Promising a fresh blend of humour and quirky storytelling, Gaayapadda Simham (GPS) is gearing up for a grand worldwide theatrical release on May 1, targeting the peak summer holiday season. Featuring actor-filmmaker Tharun Bhascker in the lead, the film marks the directorial debut of Kasyap Sreenivas and has already created positive buzz with its unique promotional content.
The film is presented by Pavan Sadineni, who is simultaneously working on his ambitious project Aakasamlo Oka Tara with Dulquer Salmaan. Backed by a strong production team including Kalyana Chakravarthy Manthina, Bhanu Kiran Pratapa, Vijay Krishna Lingamaneni, and Umesh Bansal, the project is being produced under the banners of Saptaswa Media Works, POV Stories, and Zee Studios.
From its intriguing first look to the recently released humorous teaser and a quirky promotional song, Gaayapadda Simham has managed to grab audience attention. The makers are banking on the film’s entertaining narrative and summer advantage to attract family audiences and youth alike. Adding to its strength, noted producer-distributor Dil Raju has acquired the theatrical rights and will be releasing the film worldwide.
The ensemble cast includes Faria Abdullah, Maanasa Choudhary, Vishnu Oi, Harshavardhan, and veteran actor Subhalekha Sudhakar in key roles, alongside Tharun Bhascker. The film promises a mix of comedy, emotion, and offbeat storytelling, aiming to offer a refreshing cinematic experience.
