After being asked to bat again following their first-innings total of 248, Campbell (87* from 145 balls) and Hope (66* from 103 balls) put on a solid 138-run partnership. Their effort reduced India’s lead to 97 runs by the time play ended for the day.
Earlier, Kuldeep Yadav took five wickets with his spin bowling, helping India dismiss the West Indies for 248 in their first innings.
