YouTube experienced a major outage on Wednesday, leaving users unable to access the main platform and related services like YouTube Music and YouTube TV. Downdetector showed a surge in complaints, with over 320,000 reports for YouTube, and around 5,000 and 4,000 for Music and TV, respectively.On YouTube.com, videos displayed the message: “An error occurred. Please try again later,” while mobile apps on Android and iOS showed “Something went wrong.” Streaming on YouTube Music also failed, though offline downloads remained playable.As of now, YouTube has not issued an official statement about the cause of the outage.
