K-Ramp Promises Fun and Entertainment for All Audiences: Jains Nani

Popular actor Kiran Abbavaram is set to star in the upcoming film K-Ramp, produced jointly by Hasya Movies and Rudransh Celluloid. Rising producers Razesh Danda and Shiva Bommak are backing the project, with Jains Nani directing. The film is scheduled for a grand theatrical release on October 18, during the Diwali festival.
In a recent interview, director Jains Nani shared insights about the movie. “We chose the title K-Ramp because it suits the story. The hero’s name is Kumar, and the term ‘ramp’ fits his journey in the film. Though we considered other titles, this one is catchy and easy to remember,” he said.
He added, “The movie is a family entertainer, despite a few edgy lines in the trailer. Our aim is to attract the youth first, and they will bring their families. The story is relatable for everyone, with engaging sequences and a surprising interval block.”
Jains Nani also spoke about working with the cast. “I studied at IIT Madras and made short films there, which encouraged me to join Tollywood. We spent one and a half years working with Kiran Abbavaram. He contributed his thoughts during scripting but never interfered with the story. Filming was completed in 47 days without any wastage.”
He praised the heroine Yukti, saying, “We chose her after workshops and rehearsals. Both lead roles have strong performance potential. The first half focuses on the hero, while the second half highlights the heroine.”
The director shared that the film is partly set in Kerala, adding local flavor and humor. “We filmed in a beautiful Kerala college and other scenic spots. The background score includes local Kerala styles, and there are three songs that do not disrupt the story’s flow.”
He concluded, “The teaser and trailer have received a great response. The film is full of fun and entertainment. Kamalini Jethmalani appears in a guest role with hilarious scenes alongside Naresh. We are confident audiences will enjoy K-Ramp in theatres this Diwali.”
