The WPL 2026 season is set to be played in the January-February window, as the tournament is set to be preponded due to India co-hosting the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 with Sri Lanka in February-March.
According to the WPL 2026 schedule, the first match of the tournament will be played on January 9, while the finals will be held on February 7.
Players Withdraw From WPL 2026
None of the players will dare to skip and lose the whopping amount they receive from the Women’s Premier League. But owing to some unavoidable reason, some players will skip the tournament in the middle or even before the start of the tournament.
