Madhuvidhu narrates the story of Amrutharaj, a café owner from a peculiar all-male household, who finally finds love with Sneha Markose after 28 failed marriage proposals. The film follows their journey as they navigate family dynamics, religious differences, and chaotic situations.
With Sharaf U Dheen in the lead role, the movie features Kalyani Panicker as the co-lead. Moreover, Jagadish, Azees Nedumangad, Vineeth Thattil David, and others appear in key roles, with a cameo by Siju Wilson.
