Mass Jathara OTT Date Locked

Ravi Teja’s landmark 75th film Mass Jathara, co-starring Sreeleela, is all set to make its digital debut. After releasing in theatres on October 31, the movie is now arriving on Netflix, which officially confirmed that the action-comedy will begin streaming from November 28. The film is landing on OTT exactly four weeks after its theatrical release. Earlier, rumours claimed that Netflix had stepped back due to the film’s poor box-office performance. But the platform has now added Mass Jathara to its “upcoming releases”, putting an end to all the speculation.
Mass Jathara follows the journey of a strict and honest Railway Police Officer who ends up getting transferred frequently because of his straight-forward attitude. After a clash with a minister, he is moved from Warangal to Srikakulam. There, he falls in love with a woman whom he believes to be a school teacher, only to discover she is secretly linked to a local ganja racket. As he digs deeper, he uncovers a dangerous gang operating behind the scenes, leading to a tense showdown. The film tracks how he takes down the gang and fights for justice.
The movie features Rajendra Prasad in a key role as Ravi Teja’s grandfather, senior actor Naresh as Sreeleela’s father, and Naveen Chandra as the antagonist. Despite high expectations, the film received mixed to negative reviews in theatres. Though Bhimas Ceciroleo’s songs gained attention before release, the background score did not meet audience expectations. With its OTT release now confirmed, it remains to be seen how digital viewers respond to Ravi Teja’s latest entertainer. Meanwhile, the actor has already moved on to his next project titled Bharatha Mahashayulake Vignapthi.
