Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Acquires Prime Mumbai Apartments for ₹36.57 Crore, ETRealty

NEW DELHI: Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment has purchased two apartments in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, for a cumulative value of ₹36.57 crore. Both transactions were registered in October 2025.

According to the the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the first property purchased by the company is valued at ₹18.57 crore in Hubtown Twenty Five South North in South Mumbai.

It has a RERA carpet area of 222.13 sq meters (2390 sq ft) with an additional area of 19.40 sq meters (208 sq ft) and includes two car parking spaces. The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of ₹1.11 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000.

The second property purchased was also in the same building, valued at ₹18 crore. It has a RERA carpet area of 221.30 sq meters with an additional area of 12.86 sq meters and includes two car parking spaces.

The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of ₹1.08 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000, as per the IGR documents reviewed by Square Yards.
