Indian cinema’s biggest grosser of the year, Kantara Chapter 1, is still going strong at the Karnataka box office. Despite the strong performance in theatres, the movie directed and spearheaded by Rishab Shetty has now made its OTT debut.
Kantara: Chapter 1 is now available for streaming on Prime Video in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam languages. The theatrical window for the South Indian versions is four weeks. The Hindi version will arrive in the last week of November.
Kantara: Chapter 1 is expected to receive good viewership on OTT too. Rukmini Vasanth played the female lead, while Jayaram and Gulshan Devaiah appeared in vital roles. Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films produced this flick. Ajaneesh Loknath composed the tunes for the prequel as well.
