Hyderabad: Professor Jayashankar Telangana Agricultural University (PJTSAU) on Friday announced the introduction of an additional 150 seats in the BSc (Hons) Agriculture course from this academic year.
According to PJTSAU Vice Chancellor Prof. Aldas Janaiah, the State government recently approved three new agricultural colleges, adding 90 seats, with 30 each in Huzurnagar, Kodangal and Nizamabad colleges.
A special counseling session will be conducted soon for candidates who have already applied in response to university notification, he said.
Additionally, 60 seats in BSc (Hons) Agriculture have been introduced in collaboration with the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Telangana Backward Classes Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society.
These seats are specifically for backward class students who qualified TGEAPCET-2025. Eligible candidates can apply for these seats via websites ug.mjptbcwreis.net and pjtau.edu.in on or before October 29.
