The upcoming fantasy-comedy entertainer Rākāsā has registered a major business milestone ahead of its theatrical release. The Telugu States theatrical rights of the film have been bagged by Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Movie Makers. The development marks a significant step in the film’s release journey.
The deal further strengthens the film’s expanding distribution network as the makers prepare for a wide global rollout. While Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Movie Makers will be releasing the film across the Telugu States, RaaKaaSaa is simultaneously gearing up for a large-scale overseas launch. International distribution will be handled by Atharvana Bhadrakali Pictures, which is planning a release across more than 350 international screens, spanning key territories including the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, and Australia. Distribution responsibilities for the crucial North America and United Kingdom markets will be handled by Prathyangira Cinemas, ensuring the film reaches audiences across major overseas hubs. Overseas premieres are scheduled for April 2, 2026, a day ahead of the film’s worldwide theatrical release.
