Ace producer Suresh Babu has heaped praises on the upcoming family entertainer Santhana Prapthirasthu, calling it a potential musical hit, after launching the film’s lyrical song Telusa Nee Kosame at an event held at Ramanaidu Studios, Hyderabad.
The film stars Vikranth and Chandini Chowdary in the lead roles and is produced by Madhura Sreedhar Reddy and Nirvi Hariprasad Reddy under the banners of Madhura Entertainment and Nirvi Arts. Directed by Sanjeev Reddy, the film is scheduled for a grand theatrical release on November 14.
The song Telusa Nee Kosame, composed by Ajay Arasada, written by Sreemani, and sung by Armaan Malik, received an excellent response at the launch. Known for hits like AAY and Save The Tigers, Ajay Arasada said the melody came naturally while working on the film’s background score.
Writer Shaik Dawood G shared that the film deals with the rise of fertility and IVF centers in India, reflecting modern society’s challenges in a fun and family-friendly way. “We handled this sensitive issue through humor and emotion without preaching,” he said.
Producer Madhura Sreedhar Reddy said the story was inspired by the growing issue of infertility among busy professionals. “Even though India has a massive population, fertility issues are on the rise among urban couples. We made Santhana Prapthirasthu as a clean family entertainer with no vulgarity. Our inner circle gave fantastic feedback after watching it,” he added, thanking Suresh Productions for their constant support.
Director Sanjeev Reddy emphasized that the movie doesn’t preach but entertains while touching a relatable subject. He praised his lead actors, saying, “Vikranth looks like a perfect software engineer on screen, and Chandini’s performance is heartwarming.”
Hero Vikranth expressed his happiness about being part of a story that connects deeply with today’s generation. “Many young couples face emotional pressure due to societal expectations about having children. This film reflects that reality while staying entertaining and positive,” he said.
Producer Suresh Babu, who unveiled the song, appreciated the entire team, saying, “Madhura Sreedhar has always made meaningful cinema. The songs in this movie are melodious, and I’m sure Santhana Prapthirasthu will become a musical success.”
The film also stars Vennela Kishore, Tarun Bhascker, Abhinav Gomatam, Harshavardhan, Thagubothu Ramesh, and others in key roles.
