Thalapathy Vijay’s Jana Nayagan has been postponed indefinitely after the censor board refused to issue a certificate for the film due to multiple reasons. The team initially approached the High Court but later withdrew the petition.
At present, the film is with the Revising Committee (RC), and as per the buzz, the certificate might arrive soon. It is now being said that the movie could release on March 19 if the certificate is issued in time. This, however, puts Jana Nayagan in a problematic situation.
Dhurandhar 2 is currently India’s most awaited film, and clashing with such a juggernaut will only affect Jana Nayagan’s box office prospects.
