Hyderabad: The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) Vice Chairman and Managing Director Y Nagi Reddy, who recently assumed charge, inspected the Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station (MGBS) and Jubilee Bus Station (JBS) on Friday.

During his visit, he reviewed cleanliness, drinking water, seating arrangements, toilets, and security measures, directing officials to ensure a more comfortable environment for passengers.

He also inspected electric bus charging stations, logistics counters, and personally boarded buses to check their cleanliness, seating comfort, and technical condition.

Interacting with passengers during his visit, Nagi Reddy sought their feedback on facilities and instructed officials from all departments to work in coordination to enhance passenger amenities.

He further emphasized expanding services in the coming days to provide a better travel experience.

Senior RTC officials accompanied him during the inspection.
