Top production house Mythri Movie Makers has ventured into distribution and is distributing films under the name of Mythri Film Distributors. They are majorly focused on Nizam and they hold a decent number of screens after they acquired the ground lease. Mythri Film Distributors was badly criticized and trolled for Raja Saab in Nizam. The film’s premiere shows were not opened till last minute and Mythri Film Distributors lost big money because of the delay. This is due to various reasons in Nizam.
This time, they are releasing Ustaad Bhagat Singh in Nizam on their own. It is unclear about the ticket hikes and Ustaad Bhagat Singh is expected to have paid premieres on March 18th. Ustaad Bhagat Singh will head for a clash with Dhurandhar: The Revenge. The trailer of Dhurandhar: The Revenge is out and the advance bookings for the film are open on all the national multiplex chains. The advance sales for the film are exceptional.
Mythri Film Distributors will have to recollect the mistakes and the damage done for The Raja Saab in Nizam. The advance bookings for Ustaad Bhagat Singh have to be opened at least two days in advance. The film may not get ticket hikes and the makers, distributors have to get clarity and open the advance sales. As it is a long weekend, the advance bookings for the first weekend will be decent. When there is a clash with a film like Dhurandhar: The Revenge, Mythri Film Distributors has to plan the release of Ustaad Bhagat Singh perfectly. If the mistakes are repeated, there would be a big financial dent for Ustaad Bhagat Singh in the Nizam region.
