Most recently, a strike on a boat allegedly operated by Tren de Aragua (TdA), a Venezuelan gang classified as a Designated Terrorist Organization, reportedly killed six suspected narco-terrorists.War Secretary Pete Hegseth said that narco-terrorists smuggling drugs in the hemisphere will be treated like al-Qaeda, with US forces mapping networks, tracking suspects, and taking direct action to eliminate threats. Since Trump returned to office, there have been 10 strikes targeting drug trafficking boats.
