She added that DoorDash is supposed to send an email immediately after deactivation with the reason and a link to appeal, but she did not receive one.Despite not knowing the reason for her deactivation, Henderson submitted an appeal. “I didn’t even know what to explain in it because idk what the cause of deactivation I’m defending myself against is,” she said.
