Bharathanatyam 2 Mohiniyattam added Rs. 9.15 crore to the tally in its second week, which is around 20 per cent higher than its first week. The running cume of the dark comedy reached Rs. 16.65 crore gross at the Kerala box office.
Starring Saiju Kurup and Suraj Venjaramoodu, the Malayalam movie turned out to be a Clean Hit venture at the box office, thanks to its promising growth and a strong hold. The black comedy, directed by Krishnadas Murali, is expected to see a big spike in its third week, which will take its total cume over the Rs. 20 crore mark.
Going by the present trends, the movie has a chance at hitting over Rs. 25 crore to Rs. 30 crore gross at the Kerala box office, which will be a solid total for such a small film.

Bharathanatyam 2 Mohiniyattam is a sequel to the 2025 film Bharathanatyam. It follows Sasidharan Nair as his family travels to Sreekandapuram to settle matters related to his late father’s second family, leading to unexpected criminal, scandalous, and high-tension situations.
Featuring Saiju Kurup (in his 150th film) and Suraj Venjaramoodu in the lead roles, the film also stars Jagadish, Baby Jean, Vinay Forrt, Kala Ranjini, Sruthy Suresh, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Sreeja Ravi, and others in key roles.
