Hyderabad’s Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner, K Ilambarithi, conducted an on-site inspection of planned development projects in the Serilingampalli zone on Sunday. The tour, designed to foster inter-departmental collaboration, focused on the proposed flyovers, road expansions under the Hyderabad Comprehensive Infrastructure Traffic Improvements (H-CITI) initiative, and junction enhancements.
The Commissioner and a team of officials from various departments traveled by bus, assessing the sites and addressing potential roadblocks. A key priority was the swift relocation of utility infrastructure, including electricity, water, and telecommunication lines, to facilitate construction.
The inspection covered critical junctions at Khajaguda, Gachibowli, IIIT-H, Wipro, DLF Road, Masjid Banda, Chandanagar railway station, Lingampalli flyover, Sridevi Talkies, and Gangaram road.
Key officials participating in the tour included HMDA Commissioner Sarfaraz Ahmed, Municipal Administration Department Deputy Secretary Priyanka, and HMWSSB Managing Director Ashok Reddy.
