Hyderabad, India – The Cyberabad police have announced traffic restrictions in conjunction with the Pink Power Run, scheduled to take place on September 29, 2024. The event, which includes 10km, 5km, and 3km runs starting from the Gachibowli main stadium, will impact traffic flow in several areas of the city.
Diversions and Restrictions
To accommodate the Pink Power Run, traffic coming from Mehdipatnam and ORR will be diverted from Gachibowli Junction towards Kondapur-Radisson Junction-Botanical Junction-Left Turn-Heritage Junction Masjid Banda Village. Similarly, traffic from Financial District, Gowlidoddi, Gopanpally Thanda, and Q-city will be diverted from Wipro Junction towards Nanakramguda village-Rotary-2-Left turn Merging into ORR-Gachibowli.
Traffic coming from Lingampally, HCU, Masjid Banda T Junction, Gachibowli stadium towards Gachibowli, Kothaguda, and Mehdipatnam will be diverted from DLF Junction-Radisson Junction Left turn-U turn at Udipi Hotel-ZPHS Gachibowli-Gachibowli Junction Left turn – proceeding towards Mehdipatnam. Finally, traffic from Kondapur and Kothaguda will be diverted from Botanical Junction – Left turn-Heritage Junction – Masjid banda-HCU depot towards Lingampally.
Heavy Vehicle Restrictions
Heavy vehicles such as trucks, lorries, DCMs, RMCs, and water tankers will not be allowed on the specified routes within the limits of the Gachibowli Traffic Police Station during the event hours.
