HYDERABAD – A new 3D Virtual Museum on the Liberation of Hyderabad Samsthan was inaugurated today at Parade Ground, Secunderabad, as part of the #HyderabadLiberationDay Photo Exhibition. The digital museum was unveiled by the Honorable Governor of Telangana, Shri Jishnu Dev Varma, and Union Minister Shri Kishan Reddy.

Developed by the National Council of Science Museums (NCSM), under the Ministry of Culture, this virtual gallery offers a comprehensive and immersive experience of Hyderabad’s journey to liberation. Visitors can explore the key struggles, milestones, and pivotal events that led to the state’s unification with India.

The museum brings history to life through interactive maps, detailed timelines, and a wealth of multimedia content. It features rare photographs, archival documents, and stories of freedom fighters, leaders, and monuments. The platform is designed to be accessible to a wide audience, with multilingual support in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Officials are encouraging everyone, particularly the youth, to explore this digital gallery. The goal is to provide a memorable and engaging way for younger generations to connect with the sacrifices and vision of the leaders who played a crucial role in Hyderabad’s integration with Bharat.
